adrian ch-6

Q: If every man may engage in any lawful occupation and he is entitled to paid employment and to a free choice whenever there is any variety of employment open to him, who decides what jobs are open to certain individuals?

A: The answer is not set in a socialist state, and any bias or ruling to decide so would lead directly to a totalitarianism state (hayek, 94-96).
