Socialist- One who supports socialism (system of social organization in which the means of producing and distributing goods is owned collectively or by a centralized government that controls the economy.
Q- What does Hayek say is the confusion amongst those who bvelieve in socialism?
A- "And the confusion has been futher increased by the common practice of denying that those who repudiate the means value the ends. But this is not at all. The situation is more complicated bu the fact that the same means, "economic planing" which is the prime instrument of socialist reform can be used for many other purposes." (p.38)
