Victor Tran Friedman Intro

Q: With the widespread demand for individualism and the freedom to "do one's own thing",what is the only way this can be acheived?
A: True individualism can only be acheived in a liberal type of government. "[Individualist values] can be acheived onlyin a liberal order in which government activity is limited primarily to establish frame work within whinch individuals are free to pursue their own objectives." The term liberal, as used in the book, refers to the practice of limited government and free market. This presents government as a body that sets guidelines. Within these guidelines, and individual can do as he or she chooses to acheive goals and and do pleasurable activities with no interference from government and liberalism is the only form that promotes individualistic practice.

This is very clear, and note that he uses quotes and his own thoughts. In Freshman English they called this CD's and CM's. As long as we get CD's, you can use CM's.
